Merchandise Returns

Returns for credit, exchange, or refund require prior authorization from AT European Design Inc.

To request a return authorization, please contact our Customer Support team at hello@ateuropeandesign.com with your order number and return request details.

To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original unopened packaging;
• Products must be in resalable condition;
• Return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price, with a minimum restocking fee of $20 CAD where applicable.

Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law or approved by AT European Design Inc.

Only authorized returns will be accepted. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Special Orders & Custom Products

Custom, made-to-order, special-order, clearance, modified, or personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once processing or production has begun.

Shipping Damage Claims

Customers are responsible for inspecting all products immediately upon delivery.

If products are damaged during shipping:

• Customers should note the damage with the delivery carrier where possible;
• Photographs of the packaging and damaged items should be taken immediately;
• Claims must be reported to AT European Design Inc. within three (3) days of delivery.

While we will assist customers where reasonably possible, AT European Design Inc. is not responsible for damages caused by third-party shipping carriers once products have been transferred for delivery.

Missing Merchandise Claims

Claims for missing items, shortages, or incorrect products must be submitted in writing to hello@ateuropeandesign.com within three (3) days of receiving the order.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review or resolution.

Unauthorized Modifications

Unauthorized modifications, alterations, misuse, improper installation, or product damage caused after delivery may void applicable warranties and make products ineligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return request:

1. Contact AT European Design Inc. at hello@ateuropeandesign.com with your order number and return details.
2. Wait for return authorization instructions before shipping products back.
3. Clearly mark the approved return authorization number on the return package if instructed.
4. Once the returned products are received and inspected, any approved refund or store credit will be processed in accordance with this Return Policy.

AT European Design Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
